Need some fresh air? No problem! A door leading from the quiet living room takes you out onto a private, open balcony with a bar sized patio set to take in the fantastic view of the bay.

The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining room table seats 8. Enjoy a gourmet dinner (the grocery store is only 3 blocks away) or dine out at one of the many fine restaurants on the beach or bay. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, with a washer and dryer on the pool level for your convenience.

Home Office Area

Need to do a little work? Our home is equipped with a fax machine and a printer. If you must print something important from your laptop...no problem...simply connect up and print away!

Fort Myers Beach Sunset

Enjoy magnificent sunsets and exciting nightlife but don't miss waking up early at least a few days to enjoy a walk on the beach to get first choice on the awesome shells, sand dollars, and sea life. Walk through the white, powder sand and into the cool, clear gulf water and look into the amazing ocean...you may even see a few dolphins at play!

Located three blocks from Publix grocery store and 1 1/2 blocks from public Fort Myers Beach trolley stop (only 0.25 per person to ride each way!). Activities nearby or on site include: golf, tennis, miniature golf, fishing, boating, swimming, cinemas, shopping, restaurants, biking, motor scooter rentals, bicycles for your use, birdwatching, shelling, parasailing, jet skiing, Everglades sight seeing tours, Edison and Ford Museums, Lover's Key State Park (10 minutes S), only a short drive to beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Islands, close to the municipal pool with water slides and new public library with Internet connect capability on the upper level (open til 8 on Monday and Wednesdays). Great seafood and roadside fresh fruit market as well.

Vacation Rental Rates:

December thru April, rates are $2300.00 per week. May thru November, rates are $1800.00 per week.
